The Wally Hayes Award

Presented to that member of the Temple University Gymnastic team who manifests outstanding skill and who best exemplifies those attributes that characterized “Wally” – high ideals, courage, enthusiasm, sincere concern for the welfare of his teammates, and the kind of humility that, uniquely enough, is a quiet source of inspiration.
